Layering on too many product can irritates your skin..
the key is just washing and moisturizing your face, and following couples of step to maintenance your skin which i will explain it below.
Following steps are: 

1. Washing Face
find a cleanser that actually works with your skin type. don't use a bar soap, because that can dry out your skin and create irritation. and wash with cold water instead of hot water. hot water caused your skin dry and having problem with your pores area. when your skin is dry you appear wrinkles and looks much older. wash your face twice a day in day time and night time.

2. Don't Skip Moisturizer
facial hair can be sexy on a guy, but prevent your skin face is rough and dry. moisturizing daily will makes your skin is softer and smoother. and moisturizer is a good option for men to do. 

3. Drink More Water
skin needs moisturizer from outside and inside too. and water is easiest way to get moisturizing from inside. do drink more water is minimal 2 liters a day. and it depends on activities that you do. if you do more activities for a day, you needs to drink more water as well. water can help counter the dehydrating effects.

4.  Manage Wrinkles And Those Dark Spot Under Eyes
if you don't moisturize any other part of your face, at least rub some cream under your eyes. the skin there is more easily start sagging over time, and using cream will keep it looking fresh.

5. Stop Overdo Sugar
soft drinks and beers are mostly favorite drink for men. but don't you know those drinks contain more sugar than you can imagine. these unsuspecting sugar bombs can delivering a huge dose of the sweet stuff without being classified as a dessert.

6. Don't Soak Too Much Sun
damaging rays speed up the aging process by slowing down collagen production and cell growth  and forcing skin to lose its elasticity. and if you do over time, it can be long term effect skin disease. example is cancer skin/ Cancroid, it will change your skin into orange skin form. the same form as freckles. (a small patch of light brown color on the skin, often becoming more pronounced through exposure to the sun). Your best defense is a good sunscreen.

7. Sleep!
Clocking the recommended seven to eight hours of slumber will give your cells plenty of time to fix the day’s wear and tear. For skin, that means heading off wrinkles, fine lines, and breakouts.

8. Eat More Fresh Veggie and Fruits
Healthy food is help you to give more protection and increase immune system. which is help fight to free radical, molecules that exacerbate the effects of inflammation, sun damage, and aging. Fresh Veggie and Fruits is good option to choose. Fresh and looks younger outside, Healthy Inside.

9. Stop Over thinking
stress wreaks havoc on your skin, too. Getting frazzled throws hormone levels into flux, which damages healthy skin cells and makes you more prone to breakouts and wrinkles. Practicing these coping mechanisms will help your inner peace visibly shine through in the form of healthier skin. For example, try meditating, getting physically active, playing or listening to music, practicing yoga and connecting with friends and family in social settings. 

10. Less Smoking
Smoking decreases circulation and collagen production, so skin loses its natural coloring and ends up looking sallow and pale (just what a woman wants to see when she wakes up next to you). Plus, smoking can lead to fine lines around the lips and other signs of premature aging.

yah ketinggalan jaman banget sih gan ..
ada camilan yang enak dan murah nih ..

ini tuh enak banget camilannya..
manis tapi kalorinya kecil..
enak tapi ga bikin gendut..
makanan sehat tapi ga bikin kantong kering...


bingung kan?
kok ada buatan lokal tapi ga kalah bersaing dengan pasar luar negeri ..
hmmm, memang mantap camilan yang satu ini !
sehat dan enak pula FITBAR ...


wah ini sih buat cewek atau cowok yang takut banget timbangannya naik, cocok banget camilannya...
ga kalah bersaing deh dengan biskuit diet dari pasar luar negeri...
buatan dalam negeri aja enak dan murah, kenapa harus yang mahal dan bukan buatan lokal?


ada banyak variants rasa yang ditawarkan oleh fitbar..
tapi favorite ku cuman satu..

langsung serbu aja yuk di gerai toko terdekat rumah anda..
ga usah mikir lama-lama lagi, cus langsung diborong aja camilan sehatnya ..
